Fantastic spot away from the city hustle but near enough to the bus station that city vibes aren't hard to get to. The rooftop pool is sublime. The room is awesome and the roof top pool completes it. Amazing place. Just a few issues though. The room wifi is quite bad. I tried connecting to several network and all of the had "connected but no Internet connection" issue.
Another thing is that the aircon is not cold. I'm guessing it needs to service top up gas. Nonetheless, I'm sure I'll come by again. Hopefully everything will be fixed by the time I'm back. I've reviewed your place on Google map too! Audrey's place was incredible. Clean, peaceful, well maintained, and has a free laundry service! The pool on the roof made for a great place to relax in the evenings. Highly recommended.
I had the pleasure of staying at Audrey's for two weeks and it was a very welcome break from district 1. The rooms are exactly as pictured with good AC and in a very well kept and clean condition. The roof top pool is very clean too and although I made use of it most days I was normally the only person there.
There are local shops close by for the basics but as Audrey states in her ad it is off the beaten track so be prepared to travel for restaurants etc but if you want a break from the hectic routine of HCM then Audrey's is definitely worth staying at. Tam and other staff are also very helpful so don't be scared to ask. Audrey's place is a fantastic change from the chaos of HCM. The rooms are extremely well kept and very clean. As she says this isn't somewhere to stay if you need to be in the thick of things but if you want to stay with the locals and live like them then this is the place to be.
I've had the privilege of living here for two weeks and have enjoyed it very much especially the well kept swimming pool. You will need a motorbike to get around but I cannot recommend Audrey's apartment highly enough. I picked this spot specifically because it's not in the middle of town.
