Arizona Department of Public Safety detectives arrested three people in connection with a year-old girl who was forced into prostitution in Phoenix.
According to DPS officials, a detective initially found the girl on a west Phoenix street around p. The detective saw her speak to a driver through a car window, get in the car and leave the area. The detective followed and stopped the car. DPS said the girl got out of the vehicle and tried to leave but was stopped by the detective.
Glamann was arrested on Nov. During the investigative traffic stop, DPS said the detective learned Glamann was going to pay the girl to have sex with him. The detective also learned the girl was a runaway from Glendale and was being forced to work as a prostitute for a man who was later identified by DPS' Criminal Targeting Unit detectives as year-old Larry Darnell Williams of Phoenix. A woman, identified as year-old Tainisha Haynes, was also in the apartment and helped Williams prostitute the victim and forced her to sell drugs, DPS said.
