Do not stay at this hotel unless you are wanting to hire a Russian prostitute or unless you plan to stay up all night clubbing. This hotel is so shocking and certainly not worth the 4 stars.
I came back to the hotel at 1 am and there were Russian prostitutes everywhere coming down the stairs from the Russian nightclub. When I got out of the taxi and tried to go toward the elevator one of the security guards stopped me thinking I was a prostitute since I was crying I had a bad night and clearly he didn't want me trying to actually go into the hotel. I turned around and explained to him that I'm American and not a prostitute and it's sad to think you have to go through this when staying at a "4 star" hotel.
I have ear plugs since I travel a lot and I know to bring them but I could still hear the club noise all night. Once the Russian night club closes the rooftop area remains open and it is so loud up there too. At 4 am someone was banging hard on my door and I was so panicked that I called the front desk.
The lady seemed confused and said "hold on. Finally the guy stopped banging on my door but Finally the guy stopped banging on my door but I was getting very nervous and I was so close to calling the cops. I was so disgusted about the idea of what was going on in the hotel that I didn't even want to use anything in the bathroom or lay down on the bed. It was just so horrible. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here no matter how cheap it is. I've spent one week at Capitol hotel during a business trip in Dubai.
The hotel is very good, with standard room very large, clean and well kept. Very good breakfast served at hotel restaurant.
