More relaxed than the city hotels but very efficient. The onsen bath was wonderful. Cons : There was nothing we didn't like. Pros : Manager who spoke english and French was most helpful and welcoming. Cons : Would have preferred a buffet dinner and more western food at breakfast. Pros : The hotel was amazing! Super fancy! They had bigger size of yukata that guests can wear. Food was good! Staff was amazing. They did have someone that spoke English so that helped a lot. More like a little game corner. If you were above the karaoke rooms you can hear people sing. The karaoke rooms were on the first floor and I was in the third floor and I could hear the person sing perfectly.
